UW player reaches NCAA tourney

    UW senior RJ Manke won a sudden-death playoff at the NCAA Stockton Regional, earning a spot at the NCAA National Championships in Scottsdale, Ariz. Manke, the 2022 Pac-12 Men’s Golfer of the Year, finished the third and final round at 8-under, having shot a 1-under 7. He and LSU’s Drew Doyle were tied for fifth overall, but were the top two individuals not among the five teams that earned a berth at nationals.
