Pacific Northwest professionals have had better days than the ones they had during the PGA Championship at Kiawah Island’s Ocean Course.
With the exception of Robert Garrigus of Gresham, all the pros from the Pacific Northwest missed the cut including Ryan Moore, Jeff Coston, Kyle Stanley and Corey Prugh. Coston (Semiahmoo Golf Resort in Blaine, Wash.) and Prugh (Manito Golf and Country Club in Spokane) both qualified for the PGA Championship with top-20 finishes at this year’s PGA Club Professional Championship.
Garrigus tied for 21st at the Ocean Course, earning $72,000.
