Fleet cart rental company changes hands

The name might say Alexander’s Golf Carts but Joe Perdue bought the company and knew that the name had meaning so he kept it. And why not. Scott Alexander was the long time director of golf at Gold Mountain Golf Club in Bremerton and ran one of the biggest golf cart rental outfits around.

    Perdue, who also runs Village Greens Golf Carts, took the business over from Alexander and knew the name needed to stay.

    “Everyone knows the Alexander name, we didn’t want to start over,” said Perdue.

    The golf cart lot is located at Gold Mountain Golf Course but the Alexander Golf Carts can travel just about anywhere for a tournament or special event.
