Black wins Western Washington Chapter title

Darren Black of Rainier Golf and Country Club won the Western Washington PGA Chapter Championship at Indian Summer Country Club with a two-round total of 139.

Austin Hurt of Wing Point finished second while Brian Thornton of Meridian Valley Country Club and Conner Robbins of North Shore tied for third at 140.

Shane Prante of The Home Course finished fifth at 142 while Liam Kendregan of Sand Point, Derek Berg of Sahalee and Will Styler of Linden tied for sixth at 143.

In the senior division of the Chapter Championship, Brian Davis of Grays Harbor Country Club won with a 144 total shooting rounds of 73-71. Jim Pike of Sahalee was second at 146 while Tom Sovay of the Golf Club at Redmond Ridge was third at 147 and AL Patterson of Kitsap Country Club was fourth at 150.

In the Pro-Assistant Championship, Pike and Berg combined to win the event at 132.
