Bend’s Tetherow Lodges earns top mark from Booking.com
Though it just turned one last month, Tetherow Lodges, a luxury boutique property in Bend, Oregon, was named #1 Resort in the world by Booking.com’s “Booking’s Best” initiative. Tetherow Lodges was ranked ahead of other resorts in the same category, in destinations including Thailand, India, the U.S., Fiji, Greece and other top hot-spots.
Booking.com, the world’s top accommodation site, drew from over 40 million current and authentic customer reviews of over 500,000 properties to determine winners in 25 categories. To be considered for an award, the resort had to receive at least 50 reviews during 2014. Booking.com analyzed its reviews for high scores across key categories to reach the revered list of 224 properties, including their staff, comfort, service, cleanliness, location and value for money.
Tetherow Lodges opened on April 17, 2014, and consists of 50 guest rooms that overlook the Tetherow golf course and the Cascade mountains beyond.
• Tetherow Lodges, Bend’s premium outdoor recreation resort, announced recently that it has partnered with Stash Hotel Rewards, the largest point-based loyalty program for independent hotels across the U.S. As a result of this new partnership, Stash members are now able to earn and redeem points at Tetherow, a year-round luxury resort perfect for outdoor and adventure enthusiasts of all ages.
“Tetherow is a truly unique choice for travelers visiting Bend,” said David Lenke, Hotel General Manager at Tetherow Lodges.
