Beaverton, Oregon City golfers win Oregon Net Championships

Alice Belcher of Beaverton, Ore. overcame a 5-stroke first-round deficit to catch first round leader and defending champion Cindy Anderson of Eugene, Ore. to capture co-medalist honors in the Women’s Division of the 27th Oregon Net Championship held at OGA Golf Course in Woodburn, Ore.

Among the Men, Mike Cavanaugh of Oregon City and Ed Bollet of Tualatin, Ore. tied at 5-under par 139 to capture both the flight and overall championship titles.
