Swinomish in Anacortes has lodging, RV camping, gaming and a great scenic setting.
A little hour north of Seattle sits the kind of resort that has a little of something for everyone. How about a links-style golf course, a 98-room hotel with a variety of rooms with views, parking for recreational vehicles with views and a casino with a variety of games.

Welcome to the Swinomish Casino and Lodge, located in Anacortes, Wash., about an hour drive north of Seattle with views of Mt. Baker, Similk Bay, Padilla Bay and Fidalgo Bay.

The Swinomish Indian Tribe first created the casino and lodge and then purchased what was called Similk Beach Golf Course and re-named it Swinomish Golf Links. The links-style course has some terrific mountain and water views and this year offers a new 10,000 square foot putting and chipping green and 55 new Yamaha golf carts.

Professionals Wade Iacolucci and Jamie Carroll work with both resort guests and local golfers on getting their swings fine-tuned with the use of their state-of-the-art simulator.

The Swinomish Casino and Lodge offers three types of rooms from suites to bay view to standard.

For those traveling in recreational vehicles there are a total of 35 full service spots right next door with views of the mountains and water.

The Walton Event Center can host meetings up to 600 people from sales meetings to exhibits to shows.
