The Resort at The Mountain has brought in FootGolf, one of the fastest growing recreational activities in the United States. FootGolf is played with a soccer ball on a golf course and is scored by utilizing the rules of stroke or match play in golf, as participants attempt to kick the ball from tee to green and into a 21 inch cup.
The FootGolf program will be available every Wednesday and Sunday after 2 p.m. when the next golf season rolls around at the Resort at the Mountain. FootGolf will be available on Thistle Nine, an 18-hole course that is 2,289 yards in length with a par of 69. Fees for FootGolf are $16 for adults and $12 for juniors for 18 holes. For 9 holes it is $12 for adults and $8 for juniors. Soccer balls are available to rent for $5.
