Battistella, Renkert win Mixed Chapman

The duo of Taya Battistella and Dane Renkert (both from Bellingham), combined to shoot 3-under par 66 to capture the 8th Washington Mixed Chapman Championship. Battistella and Renkert won on the third hole of a three-way playoff, ahead of Sammie Pless/Irfan Yusoff (Seattle, Anacortes) and Isaac/Hannah Elaimy (Seattle). It’s the second consecutive Mixed Chapman title for Battistella and Renkert, and third in the previous four years (2022). This year’s 18-hole championship was held at Oakbrook Golf Club in Lakewood, Wash.
