Washington golfers capture titles at PNGA Junior Championships

Brittany Kwon of Bremerton, Wash. defeated Marianne Li of Bellevue, Wash. 1-up in the final match to win the 59th Pacific Northwest Junior Girls’ Amateur Championship, which was held at Olympia (Wash.) Country & Golf Club.

Sam Warkentin of Bainbridge Island, Wash. defeated Sean Yi of Auburn, Wash. 4 and 3 in the final match to win the 60th Pacific Northwest Junior Boys’ Amateur Championship, which was held at Emerald Valley Golf & Resort in Creswell, Ore.
