UW women’s golf coach elected to Hall of Fame

Mary Lou Mulflur became the 46th member inducted into the WGCA Hall of Fame last month. The Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony took place at Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas, Nev. Mulflur became the second Husky coach to join of the WGCA Coaches Hall of Fame, joining her mentor Edean Ihlanfeldt.

Mulflur is in her 31st season as the Husky head coach, leading the Dawgs to 20-straight NCAA Regional appearances and nine trips to the NCAA Championships. The Dawgs recently wrapped up their fall season, which included a trip to Japan and a 50-stroke victory at the Topy Cup.

Mulflur becomes the third-consecutive Pac-12 coach to be elected to the WGCA Hall of Fame and joins Ihlanfeldt who was inducted back in 2007.
