Chris Williams shot a course record 66 for a second-consecutive day at Martis Camp Club to win the 45th Pacific Coast Amateur in Truckee, Calif.

Williams, who will be a junior this fall at Washington, finished at 11-under 277 to claim medalist honors by two strokes. He entered the final round at the par-72 course trailing by three strokes. A pair of eagles highlighted Williams’ record-setting round.

For Williams, the win was his second in three events that make up the West Coast swing. He also won the Sahalee Players Championship earlier this year.

Williams’ teammate Charlie Hughes fired his best round of tournament, shooting a 1-under 71. He ended at +3 overall.
