Talcott wins championship at Twin Lakes Amateur tourney

Dave Talcott opened with a 68 and cruised from there in winning the Twin Lakes Amateur Presented by Michelob Ultra at Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club in Federal Way. Talcott, from Oakbrook Country Club, finished with a two-round total of 140 – 4 under par. Talcott won the tournament by five shots over Ryan Kelly who was at 145. Dan Gleason finished third at 146 while Ira Armad was fourth at 147.

Chae Kim tied for fifth at 149 with Tyler Collins while defending champion Tom Lewis was seventh at 150.

Brian Pruitt of Pro Golf Discount was low ne of the field.
