It all started with 263 total entries, 192 of those attempting to qualify at one of four OGA administered qualifiers. Play began with 159 players and by the end only two stood victorious.

Alistair Docherty (Vancouver, Wash.) and Gigi Stoll (Beaverton, Ore.) emerged atop them all as this year’s Men’s & Women’s Oregon Amateur Champions at the 106th holding of this storied Championship held at The Reserve Vineyard & Golf.

In the men’s final, Docherty, a Junior Chico State Wildcat Golfer, jumped out to an early lead with birdies on two of the first four holes before bogeys on the next two holes allowed his opponent, Northwestern University Sophomore Dylan Wu (Medford, Ore.), to get the match back to all square.
