You’ve heard it before, 40 is the new 30 and 50 is the new 40. The fact is our aging population is producing a healthier group of retirees that want to remain active creating a demand for 55+ communities. For golfers, that means finding a 55+ community with a good golf course.
Golfers, who want to live in an active, affordable golf-centric community in the Northwest, need look no further than Woodburn Estates & Golf in Woodburn, Oregon (formerly called Senior Estates).

Located on the I-5 corridor just 10 minutes North of Salem and about 30 minutes South of Portland nestled in the beautiful Willamette Valley between the Cascade and Coastal Mountain Range, this planned community has over 1,500 individually owned single story homes with an impressive 18-hole golf course that is billed as the “Toughest 5400 yards in Oregon.”
