PNW PGA sets 2022 tournament schedule

The Pacific Northwest Section PGA has announced its 2022 major championship schedule – with a new look for this year.

The annual Northwest Open Invitational has been moved to a new month and a new venue for 2022 – as the Home Course in DuPont will host the three-round major championship this year. The event will take place May 16-18, moving from its old August dates and old venue of Wine Valley Golf Club in Walla Walla.

The Pacific Northwest Junior Championships are set for the OGA Course in Woodburn on June 4-5, an event featuring the top juniors around the Northwest.

The Pelzer Golf Oregon Open Invitational is set for June 14-15 at Sunriver Resort while the Rosauers Open Invitational is set for its annual run at Indian Canyon Golf Course in Spokane July 15-17.

The Muckleshoot Casino Washington Open Invitational rounds out the championship schedule with its tournament being held Aug. 15-17 at Meridian Valley Country Club in Kent.
