Oki Golf, has announced the sale of The Golf Club at Echo Falls to an international investment group. The Golf Club at Echo Falls was first purchased by Scott Oki in 1994 and was the first golf course in the Oki Golf portfolio that is comprised of nine golf properties.

“Although we were not looking to sell The Golf Club at Echo Falls, once we learned about the investors exciting plans they had for the golf course property, we felt it was a great opportunity for Echo Falls and its guests,” said Nancy Cho, president and CEO of Oki Developments, Inc.

As a component of the sale, Oki Golf Management, LLC will be retained to manage daily operations for The Golf Club at Echo Falls. This will allow Echo Falls to remain part of the popular Oki Golf Players Card Program and will ensure the service and maintenance standards that have made Oki Golf the premier golf course proprietor in the Seattle area remain intact. With this new management agreement, Oki Developments is announcing the creation of Oki Golf Management, LLC, which will focus on management services for golf course properties.
