Add another Pacific Northwest golf course to the closure list – Cascade Golf Course in North Bend has been shut down. The nine-hole Cascade Golf Course facility opened in 1954 and was located just off Interstate-90 in North Bend. The city of North Bend has purchased the golf course.

In a 2018 city council meeting, North Bend Public Information Officer Jill Green said Cascade Golf Course’s (CGC) water rights are worth approximately $400,000. Initial plans are to use part of the property as a park, a portion which will be funded in partnership with Si View Metro Parks impact fees.
