Erdmann captures Rosauers tourney after surviving a three-way playoff

PGA Professional Scott Erdmann of Oswego Lake Country Club (Lake Oswego, Ore,) won the 32nd Rosauers Open Invitational at Indian Canyon Golf Course in Spokane in an one -hole playoff against PGA Professional Jared Lambert of Meadow Lakes GC (Prineville, Ore.) and PGA Professional Justin Wiles of Running Y Ranch (Klamath Falls, Ore). 

Erdmann birdied the first playoff hole to capture his first PNW PGA major.

Erdmann came from far off the lead to win his first PGA Section Major Championship. He trailed by as many as five shots but came up with a 63 in the final round to set up the playoff.

Zachary Stocker of MeadowWood GC (Liberty Lake, Wash.) won low amateur honors, five shots out of the lead.

Liam Kendregan of Sand Point Country Club tied for fourth place with Corey Prugh, the head coach of the Spokane Community College men’s and women’s golf teams at 12 under – missing the playoff by two shots. Prugh led after the first round with a 65.

Over $100,000 was raised this year for the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery and over $3,000,000 has been raised for charity in the 32 years of this event.
