Deer Park will go on the auction block this month

Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction, is preparing to auction more than 265 acres of property in Deer Park, Washington, approximately 20 miles north of Spokane. Included in the real estate auction are the Spokane RV Resort, Deer Park Golf Club, a luxury condominium, 70 residential lots, and unimproved land selling in multiple parcels.

The RV Resort and Golf Club will remain open for business and fully operational throughout the auction marketing period as the facilities transfer to new ownership. Originally designed by landscape architect Keith Helstrom, Deer Park Golf Club consists of approximately 150 acres with five lakes and waterfalls. The winning bidder also gains ownership of a 300-yard grass driving range, putting and chipping greens, horseshoe pits, a clubhouse with a restaurant.

The Spokane RV Resort is a gated resort that rests on approximately 18 acres. It consists of 121 RV spaces that accommodate a 45’ RV with full hookups. The Spokane RV Resort also includes a registration building, a clubhouse with pool and spa, a laundry/shower building and common areas.
