Craig Larson wins crown at 47th annual Puget Sound Am

Craig Larson of Tacoma Firs fired a two-round total of 141 to win the 47th annual Puget Sound Amateur. The event offered a twist this year, with the first round being played at Lake Spanaway Golf Course and the second round at Chambers Bay. It was the first time that Chambers Bay had been used for the tournament,

Alex Williams of West Seattle was second at 145 while Brad Douglas of Tam O’Shanter tied for third with James Feutz of Tacoma Country and Golf Club at 146.
