Aldarra Golf Club in Sammamish, just east of Seattle, will play host to the NCAA Men’s Western Regional Golf tournament May 14-17. The first day will be a practice round and then the tournament will be held May 15-17 featuring some of the top players and teams from around the country. The University of Washington men’s golf team is the host and will be part of the field if they are ranked high enough at the time.

The event is expected to host 13 to 15 teams as well as some individuals who will all be trying to qualify for the NCAA Championships set for Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove, Ill. The tournament will take place May 19-24.

Aldarra isn’t known for hosting a lot of outside events, but this is one the membership could not turn down. The public will be invited too all days of the tournament and there will be remote parking and shuttle service to and from the golf course. The course will play as a par-71. Tom Fazio designed Aldarra Farms and the course is always an award winner since the day it opened for play.
