91st SWGA Championship sets dates

The 91st Seattle Women’s Golf Association City Championship is set for June 18-21 at Sand Point Country Club in Seattle.

The SWGA is comprised of 14 golf clubs in the Seattle metropolitan area. Defending champion Leslie Folsom of Rainier Country Club will be back looking for a record-breaking 10th victory.

The tournament has had many outstanding champions through the years including JoAnne Gundersen (Carner), Anne Quast Sander, Ruth Jessen, Sue McCoy, Edean Ihlanfeldt, Pat Lesser Harbottle and Ann Swanson.

Six of these women are members of the PNGA Hall of Fame: Carner, Sander, Jessen, Harbottle, Ihlanfeldt and Swanson.
