WSGA offers golfers new way to get own handicap

The Washington State Golf Association is offering a way for golfers to get a USGA handicap and other benefits they can use for $34.95.

The offers also includes regular discounts, special golf offers, WSGA and PNGA membership benefits and a copy of Pacific Northwest Golfer Magazine.
