PNW Section PGA raises nearly $100,000 in 100-hole event
In the fifth year of the Pacific Northwest PGA Section’s 100 Hole...
Tsara Ralamboarison of France and Seattle University put together rounds of 70-70 to win the Northwest Women’s Open Presented by PNW Equipment at Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club in Federal Way, Wash.
Ralamboarison was the only player in the field under par for the two rounds of the tournament.
It was a college finish at the top of the leaderboard at the Northwest Women’s Open.
Maddie Bante of Notre Dame finished in second four shots behind after putting together a 2-under-par round in the final round. Professional Julie Keller of Texas did disrupt the college party a bit by finishing third with rounds of 75-72 but after Keller it was a series of college players.
Carmen Lim of the University of Washington finished fourth with rounds of 75-72, Lauren Lee finished fifth at 78-72 and Lily McCauley of Brigham Young University finished tied for sixth with Aimee Uchida at 152 – 12 shots behind the winner.
Sharon Lorenzo of the host club Twin Lakes was the low senior for the tournament.
