Riverbend, Auburn golfers team up to win 2-Man at the ‘Bend

Jason Lo of Riverbend Golf Course and Mitch McCaughan of Auburn shot a two-round total best-ball of 130 to win the 17th annual 2-Man at the Bend tournament at Riverbend Golf Course in Kent.

Oakley Murphy and Travis Shaflik of Riverbend finished second at 131 while the brother team of Andy and Brian Hale finished at 133. The team of Ahren Young of Fairwood Country Club and Erik Olson of Riverbend were fourth at 135 while Mike Kerns of West Seattle and Bryan Saxwold of Riverbend finished fifth at 136.

Steve Franich and Dan Simmons won the low net of the tournament with a score of 119. A total of 60 teams took part.
