NW golf designer Harbottle has plenty of projects planned

Pacific Northwest golf course designer John Harbottle, ASGCA will be breaking ground on two West Coast classics: Seattle, Washington’s Broadmoor Golf Club and Castlewood Country Club in Pleasanton, California.

In 1927, Broadmoor opened as an AV Macan original design. Now, under Harbottle’s supervision, it will undergo bunker and tee construction in an effort to restore the classic old character of its features, as well as position them to challenge the longer hitters of today.
