It has been open to the public for over two decades and still retains that country club feeling. The current owners have taken their stewardship seriously and maintain the facility in the manor suitable of a private club.

The RV sites have been leveled and improved, some new ones were added, giving visitors 50 sites with 30/50AMP service, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, and all are big-rig accessible.

Today, visitors will find a fenced-protected heated pool, a well maintained laundry facility, a multi-functional meeting hall (called the Fun House), the 19th Hole Bar & Grill, and, of course, an 18-hole championship quality golf course.

Other fun activities available at the resort include croquet and horse shoes – equipment is available in RV office.

But it is the golf course that visitors are drawn to at Sage Hills. It has four sets of tees so all skill levels can enjoy the course. With a rating of 70.2 and a slope ranging from 125 to 121, it is far from a pushover. Sand bunkers, pond water hazards and trees defend par at this course. Visitors will like their stay and play packages that allow you to keep a golf cart during your stay.

Sage Hills Golf and RV Resort is a unique place. In the 1960s it was first built as a private course, with attention to details, like adding over 50 varieties of trees. Carved out of desert sagebrush it truly became an oasis.
