Professional events set dates for 2023 golf season

The professional golf tours of the PGA and LPGA will be making their annual stops in the Pacific Northwest during the 2023 golf season.

It all starts with the PGA Tour Champions Boeing Classic at Snoqualmie Ridge Golf Club, just east of Seattle. This event annually brings in the top players of the PGA Tour Champions, including hometown host and fan favorite Fred Couples.

Austin Ernst – LPGA

The PGA’s Korn Ferry Tour makes it annual stop at Hillcrest Country Club in Boise for the Albertson’s Boise Open, one of the final stops on the tour.

The LPGA’s longest running tournament will play in Portland again this year at Columbia Edgewater Country Club with the LPGA Portland Classic. The event has its roots all the back to the 1972 golf season.

• Aug. 31-Sept. 3: LPGA Portland Classic at Columbia Edgewater in Portland
