Prante wins NW Assistant title

PGA Professional Shane Prante of The Home Course (DuPont, WA) won in a one-hole playoff against PGA Professional and 2019 Champion Colin Inglis of Shadow Hills CC (Junction City, OR) and defended his National Car Rental PNW PGA Assistant Professional Championship.  They fired 10-under par during the 36-hole championship at Illahe Hills CC before Prante went on to birdie the first playoff hole.

Prante, Inglis and Brady Sharp of Wine Valley GC (Walla Walla, WA) will represent the Northwest Section at the 45th PGA Assistant Championship supported by Srixon | Cleveland Golf | XXIO | Asics and John Deere, to be held November 11-14 at PGA Golf Club, Wanamaker Course in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
