Runge, Cassidy win Pro-Assistant event

The team led by PGA Head Professional Mitch Runge with Assistant PGA Professional John Cassidy of The Home Course won the Pro-Assistant Championship   at Inglewood GC by one stroke over the team with Head PGA Professional Kevin Coombs and his Assistant David Patterson of Orchard Hills CC plus the second team led by Runge with Assistant PGA Professional Shane Prante.

Runge and Cassidy were 10-under par for the two-day event.  They birdied the final hole to pull through with the team win.

Tim Hval and David Lebeck of the Portland Golf Club finished fourth at 8 under par while Brandon Dixon and Steven Williams of Iron Horse Golf Club were sixth.
