Another Pacific Northwest golf course is shutting its doors as Quail Valley just outside of Portland will close its doors for good in February.

Quail Valley has been in discussions for over five and half years to sell the land to Holt Homes, a real estate developer, permanently closing the golf course.  It has been a slow process with Holt navigating multiple obstacles over that time.

With that said, Holt and Quail Valley are closing in on the finish line. February 23, 2025, will be the last day the golf course, driving range, and clubhouse will be open for golf operations.

If you have any gift cards, club credit, rainchecks, complimentary rounds of golf vouchers, driving range punch cards please come out and use them up before we close.

Quail Valley Golf Course has had an amazing 30-plus year run with well over one million rounds played since it opened on May 2, 1994.  It has hosted numerous OSAA High School State Championships, PNWPGA, OPGA, and OGA Championships along with countless corporate and local fund-raising events.  The golf course will be missed, but more importantly the golfing community and friendships it has created will be a bigger loss.
