If it’s March, it must be time to start keeping track of your golf scores. During the winter months the Pacific Northwest has an inactive posting season, meaning any scores shot at courses in the Pacific Northwest cannot be used for handicap purposes. Mainly because of the winter rules and winter conditions.
But starting again this month (actually March 1), it is time to start posting those scores.
