Coston wins Senior Oregon Open for 9th time

Defending back-to-back champion PGA Professional Jeff Coston of Semiahmoo G&CC (Blaine, WA) (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2012, 2011, 2009, and 2007) won the Senior Oregon Open Invitational by three strokes over 2006 Champion PGA Professional Rob Gibbons of Arrowhead GC (Molalla, OR).  Coston fired rounds of 66-67-68-201, 15-under par.

Low amateur honors went to Pat O’Donnell also of Arrowhead GC.  He finished in a tie for fourth place in the tournament.

PGA Professional Scott Larsen of Golf Larz was low Super Professional Senior (36-hole competition).

The team led by PGA Professional Jeff Marsh and amateurs Greg Smith, Don Sheldon and George White for winning the team competition today at Wildhorse Golf Course for the Wildhorse Resort & Casino Senior Oregon Open Invitational.

The event returned for the 19th year in a row to Wildhorse Resort and Casino in Pendleton, Ore.
